Today in Bavaria was harvest festival and some small villages around held fruit markets. It was a beautiful day here and so I want quickly to show some pictures.
Anything was polished and trimmed, the market stalls beautiful decorated with apples and flowers and rose-hips. They sold pears and plums and apples and quinces, juices and liqueur, jam and compot.
One woman had great old fabric, too, they were in very well condition, but also very expensive. Too bad.
One stall had a lot of knitted and crochetted and sewed things, dolls and bags. And I was so much fascinated by this, because this woman did it all without instructions of famous knitting designers and without the help of the internet, all alone by her own fantasy, design and knowledge. So this really gave me food for thought.
These felted shoes I liked a lot, quite right for the soon approaching cold season.
Ich wünsch euch eine schöne Woche!
Have a great week!
